George was assigned to my mother’s care team early on in her health emergency. We knew we had the perfect team member from day one. He was so attentive to Mom’s physical needs as well as her emotional support. Plus she was still in shock over all that had happened and didn’t take in all of the instructions. George made time to meet with other health care providers as well as family members to make sure everyone was comfortable using her bi-pap machine.
We then were transferred to a rehab facility that used another company for respiratory therapy. We had such a hard time reaching them, and it never got adjusted/fine tuned to Mom the way that George spent time doing for us. They didn’t show up when they said they were coming, alarms sounding in the night and causing sleep issues, etc. We were SO happy to graduate from rehab - the first call I made was to George to get back under his expert care.
