Breathe Easier with Trusted Respiratory Care

George was assigned to my mother’s care team early on in her health emergency. We knew we had the perfect team member from day one. He was so attentive to Mom’s physical needs as well as her emotional support. Plus she was still in shock over all that had happened and didn’t take in all of the instructions. George made time to meet with other health care providers as well as family members to make sure everyone was comfortable using her bi-pap machine.

We then were transferred to a rehab facility that used another company for respiratory therapy. We had such a hard time reaching them, and it never got adjusted/fine tuned to Mom the way that George spent time doing for us. They didn’t show up when they said they were coming, alarms sounding in the night and causing sleep issues, etc. We were SO happy to graduate from rehab - the first call I made was to George to get back under his expert care. He is kind, responsible, punctual, patient, and very particular about the care his clients receive. Thanks so much, George! You are a hero in the Laughlin family.

Customer Service was ELITE!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I’ve gone through other companies for my CPAP machines in the past, but NEVER had the great customer service experience like I had here. George was extremely knowledgeable and made sure every question I had was answered. He spends the time needed to make sure you are comfortable and understand what you are getting. My Grandma ended up in the hospital with congestive heart failure and this Kubat respiratory bi-pap machine has done wonders for her. However I am really only taking the time to write this review for the sake of George! George has absolutely gone the extra mile to ensure that my Grandma has all her many questions answered and feels confident while using this machine. This was a huge change for her and frankly she wasn’t a fan of it but George changed all of that! He stopped by regularly and for extended periods of time to check in and that made Grandma feel so supported with a “new machine” in her life. We know how scary that can feel for people. George, our family all knows about you and are soo happy when we hear you are swinging by! This man deserves all the 5 stars and some! Thank you George!!
